In-app Purchase error

Nice game but i tried thousands of times to buy the "Package 2 & 3", and was never able to complete the transaction. A few weeks ago it accepted my payment and charged me US$ 0,99, but i still cant access the new levels. when i try it takes me to the in-app purchase screen again. I tried ro restore purchases, reinstall the app and also restored my iphone 5s and nothing worked.
Once this problem is solved, i change my review. For now, 1 star.
