This game is great, but I am having issues restoring purchases.

I played through the first set of levels and it was great!
I started the second pack and purchased the extra levels but it is stuck. When I hit restore it thinks for a second then gives up. When I hit buy, it eventually tells me I already bought it.
Quite frustrating.
